I’ve found that my broad experience is very beneficial to clients when discussing all aspects of their finances. Prior to joining the mortgage industry exclusively ten years ago, I worked in credit card services (from collections to customer service) and in retail banking. My previous role was a management position at Washington Mutual.
I mentioned the need to be a good listener. I have plenty of practice at home with my four children; two girls and two boys ranging in age from 17 to 6. And yes, I do have my hands full. Born in Spokane, WA, but raised here in Metro Phoenix, AZ, I come from a large family by today’s standards – there were six of us kids in total, four boys and two girls. We all still live here in Arizona and we gather together often.
When not working or wrangling children, I love hiking, boating and being outdoors. I did some backpack hiking in my late teens/early 20’s and look forward to the day when my life slows down enough that I can get back to that again.
It’s a huge accomplishment for me to see my borrowers achieve their goal of homeownership; whether it’s the thrill of buying your very first home, or the excitement of moving up the ladder into your forever home, it’s my pleasure and honor to be a part of the process. I love what I do and plan to ride out the rest of my career doing what I love.

Chad joined the team in 2018 as a Relationship Manager and Licensed Loan Officer. With a background heavily weighted in technology as well as sales, marketing, business analytics and project management, Chad adds a new range of expertise to the TK Team. Over the years he has worked with businesses ranging from small startups to enterprise level operations in every industry imaginable. Using his experience, he helped companies solve complex business problems using custom software and technology developed from the ground up. This experience gave him a passion for his client’s businesses that are second to none. Chad will stop at nothing to make sure our referral partners are able to achieve their business goals and build a successful brand.
When he is not hard at work, Chad loves to fish, hunt, snowboard, dirt bike, camp, play guitar…you get the idea. If it’s exciting, chance are he likes it. He does all of this with his amazing family of four kids and his wife Tara (Yes, that Tara) 😀

Born and raised in Seattle, WA, I moved to sunny Southern California where I obtained by Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University. It’s also where I met my husband Alex. We got married in 2002 and moved to Arizona shortly after. We have two teenage girls, Alexis and Gabriela, and a fur pup named Charlie. When we’re not working or watching Volleyball tournaments, we love to travel and break bread with friends!

I joined the TK Team in March 2015. As a Loan Officer Assistant, I like to think that I help fulfill the dreams of homeowners by delivering exceptional service, walking them through the entire process from start to finish. Once Tara has met with the borrower for a loan consultation, I am responsible for quickly submitting a complete loan file to processing and effectively closing the loan on time.
I work diligently with our clients to obtain all documentation and requested items, doing my best to ensure an on-time closing, and a smooth transaction for all parties involved (clients, real estate agents, and the title company).
Born and raised in Arizona, my family and I live in Mesa. My husband Ray and I married in December 2012. I have a son, Jayden, who was born in 2006 and a daughter, Kiki (woof woof). I graduated from ASU in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and I enjoy camping, escaping the heat in the summer, spending time with family, and cooking!
I joined the TK Team in September of 2016. I’m typically the first person that new clients speak to when they call the office, as I handle all incoming calls. I manage Tara’s calendar and set all appointments, and call all our clients, helping to manage our client database. I confirm our clients’ authorization to pull their credit, and ensure every client confirms their appointment, knows what documentation to bring, and how to get to our office for meetings!
In 2015 my husband Wes and I moved to Arizona from Colorado for a career change and to have my family all in one state. We have two children – a son and a daughter. I owned my own nail business for 26 years, and have previously worked as a processor in the title business. I have always been interested in the mortgage industry. I love interacting with people, building trust and friendships through the mortgage process to help customers realize their dreams of owning a home.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, playing golf, going to the movies and entertaining.
