Meet Tara Krieg & TK Team Lending

I joined the team in 2018 as a Relationship Manager and Licensed Loan Officer, bringing a unique blend of expertise in technology, sales, marketing, business analytics, and project management. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes – from small startups to large enterprises – across virtually every industry.

My background in developing custom software and technology solutions has helped companies tackle complex challenges and achieve their goals. That experience has fueled my passion for my clients’ businesses, and I’m committed to ensuring our referral partners succeed in building strong, thriving brands.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me fishing, hunting, snowboarding, dirt biking, camping, or playing guitar – basically, if it’s exciting, I’m into it. I get to enjoy all of these adventures with my amazing wife, Tara (yes, that Tara), and our four incredible kids.

I joined the TK Team in March 2015. I work diligently with our clients to obtain all documentation and requested items, doing my best to ensure an on-time closing and a smooth transaction for all parties involved (clients, real estate agents, and the title company).

Born and raised in Arizona, my family and I live in Mesa. I enjoy camping, escaping the heat in the summer, spending time with family, and cooking!

Born and raised in Oregon, I have been in the financial industry since 1995, with a dedicated focus on mortgage lending since 2016. I understand that buying a home—whether it’s your first or your fifth—can feel overwhelming. That’s why I take the time to ensure every client understands the process and stays informed from start to close. My goal is to provide guidance, support, and clear communication every step of the way.

I love what I do and am passionate about helping people achieve homeownership, whether they’re ready to buy today or need a plan to get there in the future.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, quilting, and spending time with my husband and our fur babies. The beach is one of my favorite places—the ocean always brings me a sense of peace.

He believes great lending goes beyond rates – it requires clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration with real estate professionals to help transactions close on time and without surprises.

Eric is a trusted advisor who simplifies complex financing decisions for first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, and second-home purchasers. His approach is rooted in education, transparency, and advocacy for his clients’ long-term financial well-being. Agents value his responsiveness, strategic insight, and ability to structure loans that strengthen offers while protecting the buyer’s budget and goals.

A former schoolteacher, Eric brings an educational mindset to every transaction. He takes time upfront to review all available options and clearly explain the pros and cons, ensuring alignment from pre-approval through closing. He offers a wide range of financing solutions, including conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, and Signature Series loan programs, and is known for finding creative solutions when deals require extra attention.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Jackie, cheering on his son Holden at basketball games, golfing, fishing, and traveling – values that also guide how he serves his clients and referral partners.
